What are the check in and check out times?
Our check in is from 2pm and check out is until 11am.

Can I request a late check out or early check in?
Late check out and early check in requests are subject to room availability.

What are the charges?
Early check in surcharge of SGD $30 applies between 7am – 11am. Late check out surcharge of SGD $20/hour applies between 1pm to 6pm. After 6pm, full day rate applies. Subject to room availability.

How many people can stay in one room?
Due to strict Singapore Fire Safety Code, please adhere to the occupancy limits as displayed below for the respective room types:
Standard Room: 2 Adults
Superior Double Room: 2 Adults
Superior Twin Room: 2 Adults
Superior Balcony: 2 Adults
Premier Double Room: 2 Adults
Triple Room: 3 Adults
Family Room: 4 Adults

Is smoking allowed in the room?
Our hotel is a non-smoking property thus smoking is strictly not allowed in our hotel rooms. Please approach our front office executive to check on the designated smoking areas.

Do you have high speed wireless internet access or wifi available?
Yes, complimentary high speed Wi-Fi access is available throughout the whole hotel; in all guestrooms and public spaces.

Do you have a swimming pool?
Yes, we do have a pool on level 2. It is 1.2m in depth. The operating hours are from 7am to 9pm.

Is your swimming pool child friendly?
While we do allow children in our pool, they must be supervised by an adult at all times. Swimming is at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty.

Do you have a gym?
Yes, we do have a gym on level 2. The operating hours are from 7am to 9pm.

Do you allow dogs/pets?
We love dogs and pets but unfortunately we do not allow them at the hotel.

Do you have a business centre?
No, we do not have a business centre in the hotel however if you require any printing facilities, please do not hesitate to approach our front office executive and they will advise you on the charges accordingly.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
Taking a taxi from the airport will take approximately 25 mins and costs about $25 SGD. When giving directions, you can tell your driver that you are going to "41 Bencoolen Street".

Board Bus 36 at Changi Airport Passenger Terminal Building 2. Alight at Rendezvous Hotel Singapore, Bras Basah Road, 39 stops later. Turn left to Bencoolen street and continue straight for approximately 150m. The commute will take approximately 65 minutes.

Board East-West Line the train towards Tanah Merah Station and alight at Expo Station, 1 stop later.
Transfer to the Downtown Line train towards Bukit Panjang Station and alight at Bencoolen Station, 14 stops later.
Take Exit B and walk to Hotel Mi, The total commute will take approximately 50 minutes.

Do you have parking space in the hotel?
Yes, we do have parking spaces for our hotel guests however they are first-come first-serve. There are other parking lots nearby that we can recommend.

Do you have rollaway beds?
Unfortunately we do not provide extra beds in the hotel. If you are a family of 3 or 4 (with children older than toddler age), the best arrangement is to book our Family (sleeps 4) or Triple (sleeps 3) room.

What is the minimum age requirement for checking in?
You must be 18 years of age with a valid official identification to check in to the hotel.

What is your cancellation policy/deposit policy?
We require a credit card at the time of booking. Our deposit and cancellation policy depends on the type of room and rates booked.

Do you have connecting rooms?
Unfortunately, we do not have connecting rooms available at the hotel.

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
Yes, we do have limited wheelchair accessible rooms in the hotel. Prior arrangement needs to be made to check for availability.

What mode of payment are accepted in your hotel?
We accept most major credit cards.

Does your hotel provide a baby cot?
Unfortunately, we do not provide any baby cots.

Do you have rooms with a bathtub?
No, there are no bathtubs available in the hotel.

What voltage do you use in Singapore?
220/240V, 50hz

Is it safe to drink tap water in Singapore?
Yes. Singapore's tap water is well within international guidelines set by the World Health Organisation, as well as the United States Environmental Protection Agency's drinking water standards. It is suitable for drinking without further filtration or boiling.
